Tallus Ridge West Kelowna: Homes for Sale and Community Guide

Tallus Ridge
Photos, floor plans, pricing and documents are all on the listing page.
Tallus Ridge West Kelowna is the master-planned community on the hill above Shannon Lake, and it is the hill I sell on. Thirteen neighbourhoods, 335 single-family home sites, three sold-out townhome projects and one project selling right now, all mapped out on my Tallus Ridge community page. If you have been searching for Tallus Ridge homes for sale, this is the full picture, start to finish.
Here's the thing most people miss. Tallus Ridge is not one development that went up in a year. Tallus Developments has been building it since 2006, one release at a time, and every release before Paramount Peak sold out. That track record is the reason I care about this hill, and it is the reason the homes on it right now deserve your attention.

Twenty years of sold-out releases on one hill
I love telling this story because the dates do the selling for me. Tallus released Stone Grove in March 2006: 52 home sites among mature pines, three parks within walking distance, every lot sold. Then it just kept going.
- Cobblestone, June 2007. 29 home sites off Stone Grove Crescent, a large park at the end of the street, kilometres of walking trail from the front door.
- Mountain Hollow, May 2008. 23 home sites beside Tallus Park, and every single one backs directly onto preserved natural open space.
- Paramount, June 2009. 17 lots that follow the contours of the hillside, every home backing onto protected green space, Paramount Park at the end of the street. (Not to be confused with Paramount Peak, the townhomes selling today.)
- Fairway, September 2011. 27 home sites, many backing straight onto the fairways and greens of Shannon Lake Golf and Country Club, set away from through traffic on Tallus Green Crescent.
- Big Sky, released in stages. 67 home sites along Big Sky Drive and Tallus Heights Drive, the biggest neighbourhood on the hill, with select lots looking over Okanagan Lake.
- Crown Crest, June 2016. 40 home sites in two stages along Crown Crest Drive, select sites with panoramic Okanagan Lake views, the Tallus Greenway trail on the doorstep.
- Mountain Side, 2019. 20 lots from 0.13 to 1.5 acres, and half of them back onto a designated no-disturb area that will never be built on.
- Canyon Crest, 2019. 15 lots on Canyon Crest Drive, looking across Shannon Lake to the Okanagan Valley.
- Pinnacle Ridge, 2022. 45 lots on Pinnacle Ridge Drive and Ridgemount Drive, mountain peaks behind and glimpses of Okanagan Lake in front.
Ten single-family releases. 335 home sites. Tallus lists every lot as sold. You can see every one of those stages as a shape on the full Tallus Ridge community map, zoomed to whichever neighbourhood you want.
The townhomes, before Paramount Peak
Tallus on the Green came first: nine townhomes behind the 14th green, five two-storey homes backing onto natural space and four split-levels looking over the Shannon Lake fairways. Nature's Gate followed in 2019 with 23 townhomes in three buildings at the entrance to the community on Shannon Lake Road, with Mar Jok Elementary down the road. Edge View landed in 2022 with 26 townhomes in two styles, rancher walk-outs with the primary bedroom on the main floor and three-storey homes, each with a private garage and a flex space. All three sold out.
Paramount Peak: the Tallus Ridge townhomes selling now
This is the one I am most fired up about. Paramount Peak is 111 freehold townhomes at the top of the hill, from $799,999 plus GST. Phase 1 is 46 homes in 12 buildings, across four plans: Redtail, Osprey, Raven and Whiskeyjack. As of October 3, 2026, units 1, 3 and 8 are on MLS with me, and the rest are sold through the developer's sales team, which I can walk you through. Move-in ready homes are available from October 2026.
So what does that actually mean for you? It means the newest homes on a hill that has sold out release after release since 2006 are available right now, as new construction, with move-in from October 2026. I wrote a full breakdown of the plans, the site plan and the pricing in my Paramount Peak townhomes guide, and the Paramount Peak band on the Tallus Ridge page links straight through to the project.

The other Tallus Ridge homes for sale with me
Paramount Peak is not the only thing I have on the hill.
2531 Pinnacle Ridge Drive, the Tallus Ridge showhome
Pinnacle Ridge is the newest lot neighbourhood on the hill, and the Tallus Ridge showhome sits on it at 2531 Pinnacle Ridge Drive, listed with me. It is a 2025-built walkout rancher with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3,045 sq ft, including a legal one bedroom suite with its own entrance. The primary bedroom is on the main floor, the flat 0.19 acre lot is roughed in for a pool and a hot tub, and it backs onto open grassland with no homes behind it. Every detail is in my 2531 Pinnacle Ridge Drive post.
Lot 34, 2500 Pinnacle Ridge Drive, a view lot with the plans drawn
Want to build instead? Lot 34 at 2500 Pinnacle Ridge Drive is a 0.29 acre vacant lot at the end of a Tallus Ridge cul-de-sac, with mountain and valley views and Shannon Lake in the distance. It comes with a complete set of house plans for a walkout rancher with a legal suite, and electricity, gas, phone and water are at the lot line with sewer available. It is zoned RC3 and priced plus GST. I broke it all down in my Lot 34 view lot post.
For anything else on the hill that hits MLS, I keep every Tallus Ridge home on MLS in one search.
Living in Tallus Ridge, Shannon Lake
Here is what surrounds those homes. Shannon Lake Golf and Country Club sits right beside the community, and many of the Fairway lots back onto its fairways and greens. Tallus Park, Paramount Park and the Tallus Greenway trail are all part of the hill, and the developer talks about kilometres of walking trail from the front door in Cobblestone. Preserved open space and protected green space sit behind whole neighbourhoods: Mountain Hollow, Paramount and half of Mountain Side back directly onto land that stays natural.
Then there are the views. From select lots in Big Sky and Crown Crest you get Okanagan Lake, from Canyon Crest you look across Shannon Lake to the valley, and the forest views in Stone Grove change with the seasons. For a family, Mar Jok Elementary is down the road from Nature's Gate.
The whole community also runs on a plan. Tallus published development and design guidelines in June 2016, and they are linked on the map page. If you are still deciding which side of the bridge to live on, my West Kelowna vs Kelowna comparison walks through it honestly.
Who Tallus Ridge suits
- Families who want trails and parks at the door. Three parks in Stone Grove alone, Tallus Park, Paramount Park, the greenway and an elementary school nearby.
- Golfers. Shannon Lake Golf and Country Club is part of the landscape, and Fairway lots back right onto it.
- Buyers who want brand new without building. Paramount Peak is new construction with move-in ready homes from October 2026.
- Buyers who want a mortgage helper. 2531 Pinnacle Ridge Drive has a legal one bedroom suite, and the Lot 34 plans include one too.
- Builders and custom home buyers. Lot 34 is a 0.29 acre view lot with plans already drawn.
- Anyone who wants to be first. The December 2024 map still shows a future multi-family site and a future phase, and registering is how you hear about the next release first.
What comes next on the hill
Tallus's December 2024 community map shows two fills that are not neighbourhoods yet: a future multi-family site and land for a future phase. Paramount Peak came after that plan, so it is not drawn on it. Nothing about those future fills is released, so I will not pretend to know what goes there. What I can do is put you on the list. Register on the Tallus Ridge page and you hear about the next release first.
