Peachland is a town of about 6,000 people strung along Okanagan Lake on Highway 97, about 25 minutes from downtown Kelowna. Its main street is a beach: Beach Avenue runs the length of the waterfront with the pier, the swim bay, the restaurants and the walking path, and most of the town climbs the hillside behind it, so lake views are the rule rather than the exception.

The housing is mostly single family homes with views, from original 1960s and 1970s builds to newer homes in Ponderosa and Trepanier, plus a small number of true lakefront properties and condos along Beach Avenue. The Association of Interior REALTORS' March 2026 single family benchmark for Peachland is $933,000, and that month's single family sales were up to 8 from 3 the March before. With this few listings, one or two sales move the averages, so pricing a Peachland home means reading the individual comparables, not the headline number.
