Karsen Koltun is a Canadian real estate agent and entrepreneur from Kelowna, BC. He started at Royal LePage Kelowna at 13 in 2018, was licensed in 2024, and was named the office's Rookie of the Year in 2026. He is President of the Kelowna Founders Club and is finishing his Bachelor of Commerce at UBC Okanagan.
Karsen Koltun is a Canadian real estate agent and entrepreneur, born and raised in Kelowna, British Columbia. He started at Royal LePage Kelowna in 2018 at 13, working as an administrative assistant, and earned his real estate licence in 2024. He was named Rookie of the Year at Royal LePage Kelowna in 2026 and works with buyers and sellers across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland, with first-time buyers and new construction as his focus.
He is President of the Kelowna Founders Club, a free community for Okanagan entrepreneurs that grew from 848 members in early August 2026 to 1,466 by October 8, and that hosted The Summer Summit on September 18, 2026 with three speakers and about 550 people in the room. He also runs a marketing agency.
Karsen is in the final year of a Bachelor of Commerce at UBC Okanagan. His 2026 Management Undergraduate Research Award project, supervised by Dr. Eric Li, studied 48,256 Instagram posts from 999 accounts: in 66.3% of accounts, later posts earned less engagement per follower than earlier ones, and the top 5% of accounts took 84.3% of all engagement. He presented the work at the UBC Okanagan research symposium in September 2026.
