Revo Kelowna Condos: Move-In Ready Homes Near Capri Centre

Revo Kelowna
Photos, floor plans, pricing and documents are all on the listing page.
Revo Kelowna condos are move-in ready right now at 1280 Sutherland Avenue, in the Landmark-Capri district, with prices from the mid $200,000s. Construction is about 90% complete, owners are already moving in, and these are the last homes. I'm on the sales team for this one, and you can see every plan that's still available on the Revo Kelowna project page.
Buying presale usually means waiting. You sign, you put down money, and you stare at a hole in the ground. Revo flips that. The building is up, owners are moving in, and you can walk through a furnished show suite before you decide anything. That's the whole pitch, and it's a good one.

Why I'm excited about Revo Kelowna condos
I'll be straight with you. I get excited about buildings that give you more than four walls and a parking stall. Revo gives you a lot more.
It's done, or close to it
The big one. Revo is about 90% complete and people already live there. If you need a home soon, or you just don't want to carry presale risk for years, this is new construction you can walk through, with a finished show suite to stand in, before you buy. Ask me for the possession date on the home you like and I'll get it for you.
The rooftop is the real headline
Revo's rooftop terrace is designed as a spa. You get two saunas and cold plunges, a yoga and meditation platform, and a walking and running track that loops the whole terrace. Add a fire table lounge, grilling stations, alfresco dining, ping pong, and a custom art installation by a local artist. Sauna, plunge, then dinner on the roof with the mountains behind you. On a Tuesday.
Amenities you'll actually use
Inside, there's a gym with cardio, free weights, a squat rack and machines. A yoga studio with a Himalayan salt wall. A coworking space with private and shared desks, a conference room, a coffee bar and printing, so working from home doesn't mean working from your couch. There's an entertainment lounge with a kitchen, a theatre room, a pool table and a three-sided fireplace, plus a bike wash and workshop with tools and e-bike charging.
Then the courtyard. A community lawn in the middle of the building, an outdoor theatre for summer movie nights, garden and courtyard lounges with fire tables, an organic community garden and a fenced pet park.
A properly smart building
Revo is a Millennial Developments Smart Community, and it shows. Touchless entry by facial recognition. Digital keys, plus timed text keys for guests. Video intercom calling, touchless parkade access, smart parcel lockers in the lobby, and amenity booking from your phone. Every home gets a smart thermostat and a smart lock. There's even car share at the front door.
Finishes that don't feel like a starter condo
Every home has 9 foot ceilings, wide plank vinyl floors, quartz counters, ceiling-height soft-close cabinets and a tile backsplash. You get Samsung stainless built-in appliances and an in-suite washer and dryer. Heat pump heating and air conditioning, Smart Kloset shelving in every closet, roller shades with blackout shades in the bedrooms, and a private balcony on every plan.
You pick between two designer palettes. Opal is warm wood grain with cream. Onyx is black and white with grey stone. Both look sharp, and the full set of renderings is on the Revo page.
The last homes left at Revo
This is where it gets real. Out of 25 floor plans in the building, three plans are still for sale. Areas below are from the developer's plan sheets and are approximate.
A1 studio, the entry point
314 sq ft inside, plus a balcony of 65 to 170 sq ft, for 379 to 484 sq ft total. One bath, a washer and dryer, a balcony and an optional built-in furniture package. The furnished show suite is an A1, so you can stand in it before you buy it. There's a 360 tour on the developer's site too.
If you're a first-time buyer or an investor looking for an entry point into central Kelowna new construction, this is the plan to look at.
E1, 2 bed + den: the last one
878 sq ft inside, with a balcony of 273 to 462 sq ft, for 1,151 to 1,340 sq ft total. Two baths. It's a corner home with a long balcony, a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite, a kitchen island and a pantry, and a den by the door. There is exactly one left.
F1, 3 bedroom: three left
953 sq ft inside, two baths, and the outdoor space is the story. Balconies start at 282 sq ft, and one F1, unit 216, has a 1,168 sq ft terrace, for 1,235 to 2,121 sq ft total. Ask me if unit 216 is still available. Primary with an ensuite, two more bedrooms, a kitchen island, and tile floors and tub surround in the three-bedroom homes.
The developer publishes a starting price only. I can get you the current price of every home that's left, so just ask me for the full Revo price package.
Location: Landmark-Capri, the middle of Kelowna
Revo sits between Sutherland and Pridham avenues in the Landmark-Capri district. Capri Centre and the Landmark towers are a 10 minute walk. It is the middle of the city.
Here are the drive times from the project page, by car without traffic:
- Capri Centre: 2 minutes
- Landmark towers: 2 minutes
- Parkinson Recreation Centre: 3 minutes
- Kelowna General Hospital: 4 minutes
- Downtown Kelowna: 5 minutes
- Orchard Park Shopping Centre: 5 minutes
- City Park and the lake: 6 minutes
- UBC Okanagan: 15 minutes
- Kelowna International Airport: 16 minutes
- Big White Ski Resort: 60 minutes, per the developer's brochure
It also has a Bike Score of 98, and Kelowna has over 340 km of bike routes and trails. With secure bike storage for every home and a bike shop in the building, you could honestly run most of your week without the car.
If you're comparing Capri Landmark condos against the downtown core, my downtown Kelowna condo buyer's guide is a good side by side. And if you want a lakeside downtown option, I also wrote up Water Street by the Park, 1904.
Who Revo suits
First-time buyers. Brand new in central Kelowna from the mid $200,000s, with a gym, a rooftop spa and coworking in the building. Read my first-time home buyer guide for Kelowna before you book a tour, it covers the steps.
Investors. Freehold strata, and the developer's proposed strata bylaws have no rental restrictions. Rentals still follow City of Kelowna rules on rental terms. Pets are allowed too, two per home, which widens your tenant pool.
Remote workers and young professionals. Coworking downstairs, a 10 minute walk to Capri Centre and the Landmark towers, and a 5 minute drive downtown.
Downsizers and couples who want space. The E1 and F1 give you real square footage and big outdoor space without a yard to maintain.
Pet owners. Two pets per home and a fenced pet park on the grounds.

About the developer
Revo is built by Millennial Developments, a Kelowna developer. It follows their Five Crossings Smart Suites at Landmark, which sold out. Revo is marketed by ACE Project Marketing and sold through the developer's sales team. I'm a sales associate on that team, so on Revo I work for the developer, not as a buyer's agent. Revo isn't on MLS, so you won't find these homes there.
